Capacity: Up to 50 people Features: Easy-to-clean floors, 3-compartment sink, commercial fridge (limited access) Ideal For: Workshops, food-prep events, community gatherings Hourly (1–3 hours) $50/hour Cleaning fee may apply for food events Half-Day (4 hours) $160 Optional access to fridge if coordinated Full-Day (8 hours) $300 Includes sink/fridge access if approved Monthly (4 days/month) $1,000 Good for regular programming or groups Annual Access (48 days/year) $10,500 Reduced rate for nonprofit/community use
